Cabinet of Fenech Adami II
The Maltese Fenech Adami II cabinet was formed on May 3, 1990 by Prime Minister Edward "Eddie" Fenech Adami of the Partit Nazzjonalista (PN). It replaced the first Fenech Adami cabinet and was in office until February 27, 1992.

On May 3, 1990, Prime Minister Fenech Adami reshuffled his government, which resulted in the formation of his second cabinet. His government continued its pro-Western course and applied for membership of the European Union (EU) on July 16, 1990 .
In the elections for the House of Representatives on February 22, 1992, the ruling Partit Nazzjonalista was able to assert itself with 127,932 votes (51.8 percent) and received 34 seats in the parliament, which had been reduced to 65 seats. The opposition Partit Laburista (PL) of former Prime Minister Carmelo "Karmenu" Mifsud Bonniċi received 114,911 votes (46.5 percent) and now has 31 MPs. Fenech Adami then formed his third cabinet .
