The canton of Montpellier-9 was until 2015 a French canton in the Arrondissement of Montpellier , in Hérault and the region Languedoc-Roussillon . From 1985 to 2015 (re-elected in 2004) André Vézinhet was the representative in the General Council of the Département.
The canton consisted of part of the city of Montpellier. The canton's borders were last changed in 2004 before it was dissolved. Most recently, the canton comprised the districts:
