The Saint-Dizier-3 is a French constituency in the arrondissement of Saint-Dizier in the Haute-Marne department in the Grand Est region . Its main town is Saint-Dizier .
history
The canton was created on March 22, 2015 as part of the reorganization of the cantons. Until 2015, its communities belonged to the canton of Saint-Dizier-Nord-Est (both communities). There are also districts in the northeast of the city of Saint-Dizier.

In the first ballot on March 22, 2015, none of the four candidate pairs achieved an absolute majority. In the runoff election on March 29, 2015, Rachel Blanc / Mokhtar Kahlal (both DVD) won against Stéphane Beaupoil / Catherine Hieronimus (both FN ) with a share of the vote of 55.42% (turnout: 41.50%).
