The canton of Saint-Girons was a French canton in the Ariège department and the Midi-Pyrénées region until 2015 . It included 14 parishes in the arrondissement of Saint-Girons ; its main town (French: chef-lieu ) was Saint-Girons . The nationwide changes in the composition of the cantons resulted in its dissolution in March 2015.
