Karol Divín (born February 16, 1936 in Budapest , Hungary ) is a former Slovak figure skater who started in a single run for Czechoslovakia . He is the European champion in 1958 and 1959 .

The eleven-time Czechoslovakian champion finished (with the exception of 1960, where he had to withdraw his participation due to injury) every European championship in which he participated on the podium, four times as third, twice as vice-European champion and twice, in 1958 and 1959 , as European champion, both times ahead of Alain Giletti . He took part in world championships seven times and was never worse than sixth. In 1962 he was runner-up behind Donald Jackson and in 1964 third. Divín played three Olympic Games , in 1956 he was fifth, in 1960 he won Olympic silver behind David Jenkins and in 1964 he was fourth.
