Katrine Lunde Haraldsen (born March 30, 1980 in Kristiansand ) is a Norwegian handball player .

Life

The goalkeeper moved with her twin sister Kristine Lunde-Borgersen from Aalborg DH to Viborg HK in the summer of 2007 , with whom she won the Danish championship in 2008, 2009 and 2010 and the Danish Cup in 2007 and 2008. In 2009 and 2010 she triumphed with Viborg in the EHF Champions League . Before her time in Aalborg , she played in Norway with Hånes IF, Kristiansand IF and Våg Vipers. She has been guarding the Győri ETO KC gate since summer 2010 . As of August 2014, she was on pause due to pregnancy. From the summer of 2015 she was under contract with the Russian first division club GK Rostov-on-Don . With Rostov, she won the EHF Cup and the Russian championship in 2017 . In summer 2017 she returned to the Vipers Kristiansand.

For the Norwegian national team , she stood 299 games between the posts. With the Norwegian selection, she won the European Championship in 2004 , 2006 , 2008 and 2010 . At the 2007 World Cup in France, she was runner-up. A year later she won the gold medal at the Olympic Games and was also elected to the Allstar team. She was part of the squad of her national association at the 2009 World Cup in China . At the 2011 World Cup she won the world title. In summer 2012 she took part in the Olympic Games in London and won the gold medal again with the Norwegian team. The Norwegian continued to take part in the 2013 World Cup. She won the silver medal at the 2017 World Cup .
