Kladruby (German Kladrub ) is a municipality with 161 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2019) in the Czech Republic . It is located seven kilometers northeast of Radnice in the Radnitzer Bergland and belongs to the Okres Rokycany . The cadastral area is 1370 ha.

geography

The place is located at 385 m above sea level. M. to the right of the Berounka in the valley of the Radubice stream. To the north is the Pohořelec forest, which extends to the Berounka valley. To the west of the village lies the Horní Berounka Nature Park.

Neighboring towns are Lejskův Mlýn in the north, Chlum in the northeast, Prašný Újezd ​​in the east, Skoupý and Hlohovičky in the southeast, Hlohovice , Vojenice and Svinná in the south, Nový Mlýn in the southwest and Rakolusky and Hřešihlavy in the northwest.

history

The first written mention of the village comes from 1329. Together with the neighboring Vojenice, Klabruby belonged to the Mělník provost's property from 1352 .
