Kleinpertholz is a village and a cadastral municipality of the market town of Langschlag in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 31 building areas with 10,512 m² and 1 garden on 73 m² in the cadastral community of Kleinpertholz , in 1989/1990 there were 31 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 68 and in 2009/2010 there were 52 buildings on 73 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 176 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 221 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 172 hectares and 224 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 162 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 224 hectares. The average soil climate number of Kleinpertholz is 13.1 (as of 2010).
