Koblenz-Pfaffendorfer Höhe is a district of Koblenz . It is located on the right bank of the Rhine between the Asterstein and the Horchheimer Höhe . For a long time the area belonged to the parish of Pfaffendorf and was only used for agriculture. With the construction of the first residential areas in the 1960s, the area on the heights south of the Bienhorn valley became an independent district. This is where the Augusta barracks and the Inner Guidance Center are located . There is no mayor and no local council. Also, no cultural monument is designated.
