The 2018/19 season was the 28th season of the Croatian Ice Hockey League , the highest Croatian ice hockey league . Six teams took part, the champions were KHL Zagreb .

Group A clubs participated in the International Hockey League. The order of their final placement determined the ranking of the teams for the play-offs.

The teams in group B played a round and a half (each three times against each other). The winner of the round qualified for the play-offs.
