The Lech barrage Oberpeiching is a barrage of the Lech between Augsburg and Marxheim and is located on river kilometer 11.5 in the area of the town of Rain in the Donau-Ries district .
The operator of the run- of -river power plant is Lechwerke AG , the generated output is 11.9 MW with a head of 8.4 m.
The power plant has been in operation since 1954 and is listed as BNA1221 in the power plant list of the Federal Network Agency .
The expansion flow of the power plant is 180 m³ / s, the standard work capacity 59,000 MWh per year.
