Lena Uebach (born July 31, 2000 ) is a German soccer player .
Career
societies
Uebach initially played for SV Fortuna Freudenberg for over ten years before moving to Sportfreunde Siegen in the fourth-class Westfalenliga in summer 2016 . A year later, she switched to the second division Bayer 04 Leverkusen , where she had nine goals in 20 appearances and made it into third place in the 2nd Bundesliga South and the associated promotion of her team to the Bundesliga . She made her Bundesliga debut on September 23, 2018 (2nd match day) in the 1-0 win of her team at Werder Bremen , when she came into the game for Ana Cristina Oliveira Leite in the 75th minute . After three years in Leverkusen, she switched to league competitor 1. FFC Turbine Potsdam in summer 2020 .
National team
Uebach made her debut in the national jersey on May 12, 2016 in the 3-1 victory of the U-16 national team against Austria. In the same year she took second place with the team at the Nordic Cup . In 2017 she qualified with the U-17 national team for the European Championship in the Czech Republic , where she made four appearances and was able to win the title with the team after a final victory against Spain. In September 2017, the attacker made her debut for the U-19 national team and took part with them in the 2018 European Championship , where they lost 1-0 to the Spanish in the final. In 2019 she was also part of the German squad in Scotland at the second European Championship .
