List of alpine pastures in Grossarltal

The list of alpine pastures in Grossarltal contains the most important alpine pastures in the area of ​​the communities Großarl and Hüttschlag in Grossarltal in the district of St. Johann in the state of Salzburg as well as some Alpine Club huts. The Grossarltal has more than 60 alpine pastures, of which around 40 are managed, and is therefore now called the “Valley of the alpine pastures” (previously known as the “Valley of 100 alpine pastures”). The sequence of the alpine pastures begins in the northwest, counterclockwise, and ends in the northeast of the valley, analogous to the brochure “Die Almen im Großarltal”, with numerous uncultivated pastures added.
