This is a list of cities in Honduras .

By far the largest agglomeration in Honduras is Tegucigalpa with a population of 1,682,725 (as of January 1, 2006). A quarter of the country's population is thus concentrated in the capital region.

The following table contains the cities with more than 10,000 inhabitants (2013 census), the results of the censuses of March 6, 1974, May 1, 1988, July 28, 2001 and August 10, 2013. The department , zu is also listed who owns the city. The population figures refer to the respective urban settlement in the narrower sense - the geographical urban area - not to the city or municipality in the political sense.
