history
The first written mention of Lhota za Malšovicemi took place in 1525 as a Vladikensitz . A little later the place was called Lhota Malšová . The festivities ended in the 16th century and the village became subject to the city of Hradec Králové. In 1617 the entire village burned down. After the Thirty Years War, Lhota Malšová lay desolate. In 1789 there were 25 houses in Lhota Malschowa .
In 1836 the village of Lhota Malschowa in the Königgrätzer Kreis consisted of 32 houses with 208 inhabitants. There was an inn in the village. The village was part of the Königgrätzer Dechanteikirche . Until the middle of the 19th century, Lhota Malschowa remained subordinate to the kk rule Königgrätz.
After the abolition of patrimonial Malšova Lhota formed from 1849 with the district Náhon a municipality in the judicial district of Königgrätz . From 1868 the community belonged to the Königgrätz district . In 1872 a wooden schoolhouse was built in which the children from Malšovice, Náhon and Svinary were also taught. At the beginning of the 20th century the village was called Malšová Lhota . In 1905 a cemetery was laid out east of the village, which was expanded in 1919. The district of Náhon was umgemeindet to Malšovice in the 1920s. The volunteer fire brigade Malšova Lhota was constituted in 1930. In 1949 Malšova Lhota was assigned to the Okres Hradec Králové-okolí; this was lifted in the course of the territorial reform of 1960, since then the village has belonged to Okres Hradec Králové. The first recreational facilities on Stříbrný rybník were built in the 1960s. On January 1, 1976, it was incorporated into the city of Hradec Králové. On March 3, 1991 the place had 518 inhabitants; in the 2001 census, 526 people lived in the 174 houses in Malšova Lhota.
