history
The label was founded by Alfie Falckenbach in 1982, went bankrupt in 1986 and was re-established in 1990. When the major label BMG signed a US distribution deal for publications by the Belgian label in the mid-1990s , the US industry magazine Billboard Mausoleum Records named "one of the leading European hard rock labels". It later became a sub-label of the Music Avenue Group .
