Mickey Mouse (Original title: Mickey Mouse ) is an American cartoon series made by Disney Television Animation is produced. The well-known comic characters Mickey Mouse , Minnie Mouse , Donald Duck , Daisy Duck , Goofy , Pluto and Kater Karlo appear in different cities such as Paris , Venice , Tokyo and New York City . The slapstick humor should tie in with the classic Mickey Mouse cartoons.
The series is broadcast in 160 countries, has been translated into 34 languages and had more than 135 million viewers worldwide in June 2014. The series received three Emmys each at the 2013 and 2014 Creative Arts Emmy Awards, and won two Annie Awards in 2013.
Due to the success of the series, a third season was commissioned in June 2014.

The first episode "Croissant de Triomphe" was uploaded as a preview on March 12, 2013 on the Disney Channel website . It was first broadcast on June 28, 2013 on Disney Channel, followed by a release on its own video-on-demand service, Watch Disney Channel. The second season started on April 11, 2014 in the USA.
On September 21, 2013, the series premiered on the German Disney Channel as a German premiere. When the station switched to free-to-air television in January 2014, the series will now be shown as a German-language free TV premiere. There are also repetitions on the pay TV channels Disney Cinemagic and Disney XD . On June 13, 2014, the fourth episode of the second season was shown in Germany on the same day on both Disney XD and the Disney Channel. The second season will be broadcast regularly from October 10, 2014.

DVD publications
In the US, the first season was released on August 26, 2014 on DVD.
An official German DVD release has not yet been announced. However, three episodes were released on a promotional DVD for the Disney Channel that was included in TV Digital in January 2014 .
