NGC 7507 is an elliptical galaxy from the Hubble type E0 in the constellation Sculptor in the southern sky . It is an estimated 71 million light-years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 60,000 ly.
In the same area of the sky are the galaxies NGC 7513 and IC 1475 .
The object was discovered on October 30, 1783 by the German-British astronomer Wilhelm Herschel .
