NGC 7515 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sc in the constellation Pegasus north of the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 207 million light years from the Milky Way and about 100,000 light years across.
Together with NGC 7535 , NGC 7536 , NGC 7563 , NGC 7570 , NGC 7580 , PGC 70557 , PGC 70558 and PGC 70637 , it forms the NGC 7515 group or LGG 471 .
The object was discovered by William Herschel on October 19, 1784 .
