NRL 2009

The NRL 2009 was the twelfth season of the National Rugby League , the Australian-New Zealand rugby league championship. The first place in the table after the end of the regular season occupied the St. George Illawarra Dragons , who were eliminated in the quarter-finals against the Brisbane Broncos . In the final, the Melbourne Storm won 23:16 against the Parramatta Eels , but the title was later revoked because of violations of the salary cap.
