history

The place was first mentioned in 1165 as "Newanesdorf". The defining word of the place name is Nevan, the Slavic personal name of the founder. In the 12th century, the ministerials from Aisch were landlords , who then called themselves von Nainsdorf from the 13th century . The manorial claims later came to the Schlüsselau Monastery , and in 1428 to Veit Truchseß zu Röttenbach. When this branch died out, they came to the Pommersfelden line , in 1664 to the Lords of Jöbstelberg and finally in 1727 to Elector Lothar Franz von Schönborn .

Towards the end of the 18th century there were 7 properties in Nainsdorf (2 half courtyards, 2 estates, 3 Sölden ) and a community shepherd's house. The high court exercised the rule of Pommersfelden to a limited extent; if necessary, it had to be delivered to the Bamberg center office in Bechhofen . The rulership of Pommersfelden held the village and community rulership as well as the land rulership over all properties.

As part of the community edict, Nainsdorf was assigned to the Adelsdorf tax district formed in 1808 . In 1819 the rural community of Aisch was formed, to which the place belonged. In the voluntary jurisdiction, 11 properties were subordinate to the Pommersfelden Patrimonial Court (until 1848).

In 1968 the place was reclassified to the municipality of Adelsdorf.
