Aisch is a district of the Adelsdorf municipality in the Erlangen-Höchstadt district in Central Franconia ( Bavaria ).

geography

The parish village of Aisch is located on the left high bank of the Aisch . A forest area borders in the north. There the Uttsberg rises ( 305  m above sea level ). Otherwise the place is surrounded by arable land and grassland. In the northwest the corridor is called Klemm , in the southwest Mühlfelder and Kühanger .

history

The place was first mentioned in 1123 when Gotefrid von Eische witnessed a donation. The Ministerials von Aisch who worked for the Bamberg bishopric can be traced back to 1116. In the 13th century they called themselves Nainsdorf after their possessions . At the beginning of the 15th century, the Knights Cratz were fiefdoms , then the Haut in Aisch, who also owned Adelsdorf around this time. 1420 the Stiebar are attested as owners. Around 1466, half of the town was bought by the Truchsesse von Pommersfelden . In the 17th century, the Stiebar bought this half back. In 1738 Johann Georg Christoph Wilhelm von Stiebar sold his claims to the Counts of Schönborn for 94,317 guilders .

At the end of the 18th century there were 62 properties in Aisch. The high court exercised the Schönborn rule in Pommersfelden . If necessary, it had to be delivered to the Bamberg center in Bechhofen . The rulership of Pommersfelden held the village and community rulership. The landlords were the Bamberg cathedral chapter (1 courtyard, 2 estates, 1 Sölde , 1 drip house ) and the Pommersfelden rulership (castle, 5 estates, 28 Sölden, 14 drip houses, 3 houses, mill, forge, tavern, hunter's house). A house and a shepherd's house were buildings used by the community.

In 1802 the Bamberg estates came from Aisch to Bavaria , and finally in 1806 that of the manor. As part of the community edict , the place was assigned to the Adelsdorf tax district formed in 1808 . In 1819 the rural community of Aisch was formed, to which Nainsdorf belonged. In administration and jurisdiction it was subordinate to the regional court of Höchstadt and in financial administration to the Rent Office of Höchstadt . In the voluntary jurisdiction and the local police, 72 properties were subordinate to the Pommersfelden Patrimonial Court (until 1848). On September 8, 1854, Uttstadt was incorporated into Aisch. From 1862 Aisch was administered by the district office of Höchstadt an der Aisch (renamed the district of Höchstadt an der Aisch in 1938 ) and continued to be administered by the rent office of Höchstadt (1920–1929: tax office Höchstadt , from 1929: tax office Forchheim ). The jurisdiction remained with the district court of Höchstadt until 1879, 1880–1959 district court of Höchstadt , from 1959 district court of Forchheim . The municipality had an area of 8.302 km².

1968 Nainsdorf was reassigned to Adelsdorf. On July 1, 1971, Aisch and Uttstadt were incorporated into the Adelsdorf community as part of the regional reform .
