Neil Edward Hopkins (born May 13, 1977 in Trenton , New Jersey ) is an American actor .

life and career

Neil Hopkins was born in Trenton but later moved with his family to Aurora , Colorado , where he graduated from Regis Jesuit High School in 1995. He then attended the College of Holy Cross in Worcester , Massachusetts from 1996 to 1999 . He is a graduate of the American Conservatory Theater's MFA program .

Hopkins has been an actor since 2002 and has appeared primarily as a guest star in US series, including Police Report: Los Angeles , Charmed , Navy CIS , Criminal Minds , My Name Is Earl , Ghost Whisperer , The 4400 , CSI: Vegas , The Mentalist , Bones , Grimm or Big Love . He gained greater fame primarily through the supporting role of Liam Pace from the series Lost .

Hopkins also appeared in films, for example in The Cabinet of Dr. Cagliari , 2010 in Skyline or 2013 in Detour . In 2014 he took on a recurring role as Noah Peacott in the series Matador . In 2016 he was seen in the series D-Sides .

Hopkins is married to the Canadian actress Saba Homayoon .
