Lucy

Lucy, a law student, has severe schizophrenia. After she was admitted to an institution, with the help of friends and medical support, as well as a psychotherapist, she not only found a way to cure, but also to a promising future.

Grace

As a teenager, Grace not only had to deal with her own worries, she also had to endure a manic-depressive mother.

Allison

Allison looks forward to introducing her new boyfriend to the parents at home, if it weren't for the return of her sister Lucy, healed from the asylum.

Eddie

Eddie, celebrated as a stand-up comedian, falls into severe depression outside of his performances. His wife has no advice, and certainly not how to help him.

Maggie

Maggie returns home to her father and son as a veteran. Her life is soon in danger of breaking up with post-traumatic stress disorder, which is why she needs legal assistance from Lucy.
