NokScoot ( Thai นก ส กู๊ ต ) was a Thai low-cost airline based in Bangkok and based at Don Mueang Airport .

history

NokScoot was founded in 2014 as a joint venture between Nok Air and Scoot . It began flight operations on May 5, 2015. On June 26, 2020, the board of directors decided to cease operations and liquidate NokScoot. This was justified with the significantly worsened situation of the airline due to the COVID-19 pandemic .

Destinations

NokScoot served destinations in northeast China (Dalian, Nanjing, Qingdao, Shenyang, Tianjin) as well as Taiwan (Taipei) and India (Delhi) from Bangkok . The connections to Osaka , Tokyo and Singapore were carried out by Scoot.
