Towards the end of the 18th century there were 9 properties in Oberfembach (2 courtyards, 1 three-quarter courtyard, 2 half courtyards, 1 quarter courtyard, 2 estates, 1 house). The high court exercised the Brandenburg-Bayreuth Fraischvogteiamt Emskirchen-Hagenbüchach . The Hagenbüchach Vogtamt held the village and community rulership and lordship over all properties .
As part of the municipal edict, Oberfembach was assigned to the Hagenbüchach tax district formed in 1811 . It also belonged to the rural community of Hagenbüchach, founded in 1813 . With the second community edict (1818) it was changed to the rural community of Kirchfembach . Already on November 8th, 1824 it was reunited to Hagenbüchach.
