State administration Neustadt an der Aisch
The governorate of Neustadt an der Aisch was one of the 13 administrative areas of the Principality of Bayreuth .
history
With the Reformation, the monasteries of Birkenfeld , Münchaurach and Münchsteinach and their property fell to the Principality of Bayreuth. In the following years the manors Beerbach, Birnbaum, Rohensaas and Uehlfeld also fell to the Principality of Bayreuth.
The Neustadt governorate consisted of the Bailiwicks of Dachsbach, Emskirchen-Hagenbüchach and Neustadt an der Aisch and was the middle state authority for all caste and monastery offices, as well as for the Segnitz-Frickenhausen vineyard and winery inspection (mostly managed by the Birkenfeld monastery administrator), the monastery office Frauental (later Oberamt Mergentheim), which otherwise belonged to the Oberamt Uffenheim , and the monastery office Langenzenn , which otherwise belonged to the Oberamt Cadolzburg .
Most recently, the sovereignty ( high court , lower court outside the Etter , church sovereignty , tax sovereignty, etc.) extended to an area that roughly corresponded to the Neustadt an der Aisch regional court .
In the manorial rule of individual properties there were foreign lords , as well as the state governance of Neustadt outside their Fraisch district had manorial claims.
From 1791/92 the Principality of Bayreuth was administered by the Prussian state as Ansbach-Bayreuth . Thus the state governing body Neustadt an der Aisch went on in the Neustadt district .
