At the end of the 18th century there were eleven properties in Gunzendorf. The high court exercised the Brandenburg-Bayreuth Fraischvogteiamt Emskirchen-Hagenbüchach . The village and township government had the box and jurisdiction office Emskirchen held. The landlords were the caste and jurisdiction office Emskirchen (2 Huben , 3 Halbhuben, 1 Gut, 1 Häckersgut, 2 drip goods ) and the manor Wilhemsdorf (2 goods).

In 1810 Gunzendorf came to the new Kingdom of Bavaria . As part of the community edict, it was assigned to the Emskirchen tax district formed in 1811 . It also belonged to the municipality of Emskirchen , which was formed in 1813 . With the second community edict (1818) Gunzendorf formed its own rural community with Elgersdorf , Fallmeisterei , Plankstatt , Prackenhof and Schneemühle . It was subordinate to the regional court of Markt Erlbach in administration and jurisdiction and to the tax office in Neustadt an der Aisch . On November 9, 1824, the Fallmeistererei was moved back to Emskirchen. From 1862 Gunzendorf was administered by the Neustadt an der Aisch district office (renamed Neustadt an der Aisch district in 1938 ) and from 1856 by the Markt Erlbach rent office (1920–1929: Markt Erlbach tax office , from 1929: Neustadt an der Aisch tax office ). The jurisdiction remained until 1879 with the district court of Markt Erlbach, 1880–1959 district court of Markt Erlbach , from 1959 district court of Fürth .
