Dürrnbuch is a district of the Emskirchen market in the Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim district in Middle Franconia .

geography

The Fembach (called Dürrnbucher Graben in the upper reaches), which is a left tributary of the Zenn , rises near the Kirchdorf . In the south is the Dürrnbucher Höhe , about 500 meters northwest of the Neuland , about one kilometer north of the Egertenhöhe and about 500 meters east of the Geiersberg .

The district road NEA 19 leads to Bräuersdorf to federal road 8 (2.1 km northeast) or to Siedelbach (1.5 km southwest). Municipal roads lead to Wilhermsdorf to the district road FÜ 18 (3 km south), to Emskirchen (3 km north) and to Laubendorf (3.2 km south-east).

history

The place was first mentioned on August 2, 1307 as "Dvrrenbvch" in a document in which Viscount Frederick IV. The Monastery of St. Clare Nuremberg income transferred one good in this place. In 1329 and 1402 nobles of the Seckendorff family were mentioned in "Durrenbuch" and "Dürrenpuch", respectively. In 1330 it was mentioned that the imperial city of Nuremberg also owned "Dvrrenbuch". In 1361/64 it is mentioned in the Burggräflichen Salbuch that the place was subordinate to the Burggräflichen Schauerberg . 1402 it is mentioned in the Salbuch of Heilsbronn Monastery that it owned two properties in "Du e rnpuch". The Langenzenn monastery had five properties there, the Teutonic Order three properties.

At the end of the 18th century there were 16 properties in Dürrnbuch. The high court exercised the Brandenburg-Bayreuth Fraischvogteiamt Emskirchen-Hagenbüchach . The village and township government had the box and jurisdiction office Emskirchen held. The administration and jurisdiction of the rural community Dürrnbuch was subordinate to the Markt Erlbach regional court and the tax office to the Neustadt an der Aisch rent office . From 1862 Dürrnbuch was administered by the Neustadt an der Aisch District Office (renamed Neustadt an der Aisch in 1938 ) and from 1856 by the Markt Erlbach Rent Office (1920–1929: Markt Erlbach tax office , from 1929: Neustadt an der Aisch tax office ). The jurisdiction remained until 1879 with the district court of Markt Erlbach, 1880–1959 district court of Markt Erlbach , from 1959 district court of Fürth . The municipality had an area of ​​5.159 km².

On January 1, 1972, Dürrnbuch was incorporated into Emskirchen as part of the regional reform .

The place has been mostly Protestant since the Reformation. The residents of the Evangelical Lutheran denomination were parish to St. Georg (Laubendorf) . Since January 1, 2007, the Evangelical Lutheran parish of Dürrnbuch has been a parish of the Parish of Emskirchen with the other parishes of Emskirchen and Neidhardswinden. The inhabitants of the Roman Catholic denomination are parish to St. Michael (Wilhermsdorf) .
