Kaltenneuses is a district of the Emskirchen market in the Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim district in Middle Franconia .

geography

When Weiler the millstream springs, which flows together with the Moorgraben (right) for Flore stream of a left influx of Middle Herzogenaurach is. To the east lies the Weiherfeld , in the southeast the Brunner Teiche , approx. 0.5 km southwest lies the Brunner Forest , in the west Heiligenbrunn and approx. 0.75 km north the Große Höhe ( 382 m above sea level ).

A community road leads to Brunn on state road 2414 (1.8 km southeast) or to district road ERH 15 (1.1 km north), half a kilometer east of Dettendorf .

history

The place was first mentioned by name before 1430 as "Newsess".

Towards the end of the 18th century there were 8 properties in Kaltenneuses (7 courtyards, 1 estate). The high court exercised the Brandenburg-Bayreuth Fraischvogteiamt Emskirchen-Hagenbüchach . The monastery office Münchaurach held the village and community rulership and the land rulership over all properties .

As part of the community edict, Kaltenneuses was assigned to the Brunn tax district, which was formed in 1811 . It also belonged to the rural community of Brunn, founded in 1813 . With the second community edict (1818) it was re-incorporated into the newly formed rural community Hohholz . On January 1, 1972, the Kaltenneuses was incorporated into Emskirchen as part of the regional reform .
