history
Towards the end of the 18th century there were three properties in Stöckach (2 half courtyards, 1 mill). The high court was exercised by the Brandenburg-Bayreuth city bailiff Neustadt an der Aisch . The Birkenfeld monastery office held the village and community rulership and the lordship over all properties .
As part of the municipal edict, Stöckach was assigned to the Oberroßbach tax district, which was formed in 1811 . It also belonged to the rural community of Oberroßbach, founded in 1813 . With the second community edict (1818) it was re- grouped into the newly founded rural community of Unterschweinach . On July 1, 1969, before the regional reform in Bavaria , Stöckach was incorporated into Neustadt an der Aisch.
