At the end of the 18th century Weiherhof belonged to Birkenfeld . The property was owned by the Brandenburg-Bayreuth monastery in Birkenfeld as the landlord . Under the Prussian administration (1792-1806) of the Principality of Bayreuth, Weiherhof was given house number 38 in the village of Birkenfeld.

As part of the community edict, Weiherhof was assigned to the Schauerheim tax district formed in 1811 . It belonged to the rural community of Birkenfeld, founded in 1813 . On January 1, 1972 Weiherhof was incorporated into Neustadt an der Aisch as part of the regional reform .
