Orangetree is a census-designated place (CDP) in Collier County in the US state of Florida with 4406 inhabitants (as of 2010).

Orangetree is located 25 km northeast of Naples .

Demographic data

According to the 2010 census, the then 4406 inhabitants were distributed over 1644 households. The population density was 383.1 inh / km². 84.8% of the population identified themselves as whites , 7.4% as African-Americans , 0.4% as Indians, and 2.6% as Asian Americans . 2.8% said they belonged to another ethnic group and 1.9% to several ethnic groups. 21.7% of the population were Hispanics or Latinos .

In 2010 children under the age of 18 and 21.3% of all households lived in 53.6% of all households with persons at least 65 years of age. 87.5% of households were family households (consisting of married couples with or without offspring or one parent with offspring). The average household size was 3.18 people and the average family size was 3.37 people.
