The house at Pölkenstraße 25 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt on the east side of Pölkenstrasse. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is listed as a residential building in the Quedlinburg Register of Monuments . The house Neustädter Kirchhof 25 , which is also listed, is adjacent to the north and Pölkenstrasse 26 to the south .
Architecture and history
The two-storey half - timbered house probably dates from the second half of the 17th century. Around 1820 it was rebuilt in the classicism style. On the ground floor there is a plaster block . The eaves are decorated with a tooth cut frieze. A carved house entrance door with a skylight was remarkable . However, the door that was still in place at the end of the 20th century was replaced.
