The women's 10,000-meter run at the 2011 Pan American Games took place on October 24 at the Telmex Athletics Stadium in Guadalajara .

Eight athletes from six countries took part in the competition. The gold medal was won by Marisol Romero after 34: 07.24 min, silver went to Cruz da Silva with 34: 22.44 min and the bronze medal was secured by Yolanda Caballero with 34: 39.14 min.
