The women's 100-meter run at the 2011 Pan American Games took place on October 28 at the Telmex Athletics Stadium in Guadalajara .

18 athletes from 13 countries took part in the competition. Rosângela Santos won the gold medal after 11.22 s, silver went to Barbara Pierre with 11.25 s and Shakera Reece secured the bronze medal with 11.26 s.
