The 1999 parliamentary elections in Namibia were held on November 30th and December 1st, 1999 and took place at the same time as the presidential elections. There were eight parties to vote in the parliamentary elections, with 861,848 people entitled to vote being given the opportunity to vote.

Observers rated the elections as free and fair.
