Local elections in Namibia 1992
The local elections in Namibia in 1992 took place from November 30th to December 3rd, 1992 together with the regional council elections. These were the first local elections since Namibia's independence in 1990. EISA described the election process as “smooth” with only slight “ little problems” ( English hiccups ).
156,795 voters registered for the election. The turnout was 82.33%.
