The Piratska stranka (PS, Croatian: Pirate Party) is a political party in Croatia . It was founded in March 2012 on the model of other pirate parties and officially registered on April 6, 2012. The party is a member of Pirate Parties International and participates in the founding of the European Pirates (PPEU). In February 2013, the party was first mentioned in national polls. Accordingly, she would get 6.4% of the vote in the parliamentary elections.

The party first ran for the 2013 European elections in Croatia with 12 candidates. It received 1.13% of the vote. In the election to the Parliament of Primorje-Gorski kotar County on May 19, 2013, the PS received 1.33% of the vote. In the local elections taking place at the same time, she achieved results between 0.95% and 3.77% in six cities. In the election for the district parliament of Kolodvorsko / Sajmiste, a district of Samobor , 21% of the voters voted for the PS, which thereby received two of the nine seats.
