The Beninbi National Park (English Beninbi National Park ) is a 26 square kilometer national park in Queensland , Australia .
location
It is located in the Wide Bay-Burnett region in the hinterland of the Sunshine Coast about 215 km northwest of Brisbane and 130 km southwest of Hervey Bay . The closest city is Gayndah . From here you can reach the park via the Burnett Highway in a southerly direction. After about 30 kilometers, the highway runs at a distance of 6 kilometers along the eastern park boundary. The park can be reached on paved paths, but there are no visitor facilities available. The Barambah Creek , a tributary of the Burnett River , forms the eastern boundary of the park.
The national parks Woroon , Ban-Ban , Nangur and Mount-Walsh are in the vicinity .

The national park protects dry rainforest and open eucalyptus forest up to 400 meters high .
Notelaea pungens , an endangered species from the olive plant family, is native to the national park . There are also numerous types of sweet grasses , legumes , myrtle family , grass tree family , for example Black-anther Flax-lily ( Dianella revoluta ) and asparagus family .
