Blue Lake
The most important attraction is the Blue Lake , a pool of groundwater that is a little less than 10 m deep at the highest water level. There you can find the Southern Sun Fish . The water of the lake overflows into the Eighteen Mile Swamp (a swamp). In the Aboriginal language , the lake is called Karboora .
Tortoise Lagoon
The Tortoise Lagoon ("turtle lagoon"), which is not constantly filled with water, is also located in the national park. This small lake, lying above the groundwater level , was 1.4 m deep in 1974 when it was last filled.
Nature protection regulations
Tents, campfires and pets are not allowed in the park.
