The Woroon National Park (English Woroon National Park ) is a 5.5 square kilometer national park in Queensland , Australia .
location
It is located in the Wide Bay-Burnett region in the hinterland of the Sunshine Coast about 200 km northwest of Brisbane and 140 km southwest of Hervey Bay . The closest city is Gayndah . From here the park can be reached via the Burnett Highway . After about 60 kilometers in a southerly direction, the Murgon-Gayndah Road branches off to Murgon . After 15 kilometers you pass the park at a distance of 6 kilometers. There are no access roads or visitor facilities.
The national parks Cherbourg , Nangur , Beeron and Beninbi are in the neighborhood .

The national park protects open eucalyptus forest up to 360 meters high . Here also the risk (ger .: grows near threatened ) Notelaea pungens , a Headquartered in Australia only plant of the family of Oleaceae .
