The Esk National Park (English Esk National Park ) is a 377 hectare national park in Queensland , Australia .
location
It is located in the South East Queensland region about 70 kilometers west of Brisbane and 220 kilometers south of Hervey Bay . The closest city is Esk . From here the park can be reached via Esk Hampton Road . After about 13 kilometers at the height of Redbank Creek you pass the national park at a distance of a few 100 meters. There are no visitor facilities.
Lockyer , Ravensbourne and Crows-Nest National Parks are in the vicinity .

The national park protects a small area of primary , dry rainforest. In the undergrowth there are some plants from the legume family that are classified as worthy of protection , such as Purple Coral Pea ( Hardenbergia violacea ), Long-leaved Bitter Pea ( Daviesia wyattiana ), Dillwynia phylicoides and Hovea planifolia .
