Culture and sights
The Romanesque church of St. Denis dates from the 11th to 13th centuries and has largely been preserved in its original state. The last renovations were carried out in 2005. The church has one of the twisted spiers typical of the area, as can be found in some other places in the Baugeois (e.g. Fontaine-Guérin or Mouliherne ). The church of Pontigné is well known for its valuable frescoes including the resurrection of Lazarus from the 13th century. It is a stop on the circuit des églises accueillantes en Anjou tourist route . The Pierre Couverte dolmen is on the road to Baugé . One of the best preserved examples of megalithic culture in the region.
Leisure and Tourism
The Grésillon Castle is a 1882 reconstructed castle from the 16th century and is a cultural center since 1951 of Esperantists used. There is an 18-hole golf course and a goat farm in the community.
