The Romanesque church of St. Germain in the north of the town center occupies a dominant position. It was built in the 11th century in place of a fort that was destroyed in 1049. The church has one of the twisted spiers typical of the area, as can be found in some other places in the Baugeois (e.g. Fontaine-Guérin , Pontigné ). It is considered one of the most beautiful churches in Anjou . Inside, early medieval excavation finds are exhibited, which were discovered in the southern part of the municipality in 1975. - In the cemetery there is an ossuary from the 12th century, unique of its kind in Anjou. - At the entrance to the old town center there is a wash house from the 14th century.
