Courchamps is a French municipality with 506 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Maine-et-Loire in the region of Pays de la Loire . The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Saumur and the canton of Doué-la-Fontaine (until 2015: Canton of Montreuil-Bellay ). The inhabitants are called Courchampois .

Courchamps is about ten kilometers southwest of Saumur . Courchamps is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Les Ulmes in the north and north-west, Distré in the north and north-east, Le Coudray-Macouard in the east and south-east and Cizay-la-Madeleine in the south and west.
