The Porsche Carrera Cup Deutschland 2012 was the 23rd season of the Porsche Carrera Cup Deutschland . The first run of the season took place on April 28, 2012 at the Hockenheimring and the season finale also took place there on October 21.

This season a total of 17 races were held over nine weekends in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. The races took place as part of the DTM supporting program . For the first time, two races were held on one race weekend. Only on May 19 was the race on the Nürburgring-Nordschleife , which was not part of the DTM program, only one run.

René Rast won his second driver title with 242 points after 2008. The ZF Sachs team award was won by the Deutsche Post by tolimit team .

The B-driver title for amateurs, newly introduced this season, was won by Bill Barazetti with 256 points. The Frenchman Kévin Estre won the newly introduced special rookie ranking with 181 points.
