The powiat Ostródzki is a powiat (district) in the Polish Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship with its seat in Ostróda . The powiat has an area of ​​1764.9 km², on which about 104,500 inhabitants live.

The Powiat area includes large parts of the former German districts of Mohrungen and Osterode , which until 1945 belonged to the Prussian province of East Prussia .
