The Landquart region is an administrative unit of the canton of Graubünden in Switzerland , which was created as a result of the regional reform on January 1, 2016.
Except for the municipality of Haldenstein (moved to the Plessur region on January 1, 2016 ), the Landquart region is identical to the Landquart district that existed until December 31, 2015 , but the five villages and Maienfeld districts were dissolved on December 31, 2015 .
