The Surselva region is an administrative unit of the canton of Graubünden in Switzerland , which was created as a result of the regional reform on January 1, 2016.
The Surselva region with the existing until 31 December 2015 District Surselva identical. However, the districts of Disentis , Ilanz , Lumnezia / Lugnez , Ruis and Safien were dissolved on December 31, 2015.
